Sometimes life can feel horrible, unfair, that nothing works and you just want to disappear. That whatever you do doesn't make it any better, you just want to give up. I know, I've been there. I've been deep down. But when you feel that way, you have to think about the good in life. Even if it's just a tiny thing. Anything that could be positive. Because that little positive thought can change your whole day, week, or life. Always remember that if you feel sad, don't blame yourself. Everyone does sometimes. You come over it and gets stronger as a person every time you get trough it. Sometime it takes just some minutes, sometimes hours, days or even months. But remember, always stay strong.
